So the couch is a bit of a pain to assemble (the pre-drilled holes do not line up for the footrest and that part alone took me an hour and a half of moving pieces around until everything fit). It's not 1000% sturdy, but it's good enough if you and your partner/friend are both under 300lbs. The storage compartment of the footstool is, frankly, difficult to get into. It's not a main living area couch, not for $300. However! It's pretty comfortable. The dimensions listed in the description are in fact accurate, so mark out what 80" looks like in your space. This is the size of the couch. The cushions on the armrests are wide enough that your head and feet will touch them if you're over 6' tall, but they zip on and can be flipped over the side for a bit more space. The feet are stable. The frame is pretty sturdy, unless you're literally throwing yourself down on it. I've got it in my basement, where the projector also is, for movie night. It's fabulous for this. I can fit three regular-to-somewhat-large people comfortably on that couch. It does have a weight limit, because this is a $300 couch that comes in a single box that you assemble. It's not going to be super fancy. If it lasts a year, I'm doing great. If it lasts two, I've come out way ahead. If you want something that's solid and durable and will not need to be replaced for a decade, you will have to spend more money than this. At this price point, it's frankly spectacular.
